Akai Pediatrics is a well-established pediatric practice that has been serving the El Paso community since 2011. When Dr. Nwofor contacted Novatech, she neededassistance regarding her IT environment and infrastructure. Once we were able to accurately diagnose the situation, Novatech technicians began the transfer process for the previous IT partner. As with all of our new clients, our on-boarding processes have several unique steps that we employ to better integrate each of our client’sunique IT setup, while establishing a plan of action to ensure future growth and security.
